![]() ![]() Shawn Reid, the Front Office Manager, is similarly accessible and is very responsive to guest input. In talking with her, I have the impression she’s a very experienced, capable, and serious professional that knows what she’s doing. The new Hotel Manager, Camille Seaton, is also very accessible to guests and staff and a very busy person tending to the daily management of the resort. He’s a very busy guy, but always makes time to talk with guests and he’s very actively engaged everywhere making sure everything is the way it should be. The new General Manager, Luis Fitch, is VERY accessible to guests and staff and very visible. Since my last visit, some of the senior management has been changed and I was happy to see some others that I’ve known a long time were still there and doing well. ![]() I was very pleased to find the resort in very good condition and everything operating very well. I have been a frequent visitor to the resort over the past 39 years but haven’t visited since December 2019 due general concern about travel during the COVID pandemic and other personal reasons. I recently visited Hedonism II during 15 – 25 December 2022. ![]()
